3. ORDER AND PAYMENT TERMS

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

International Orders: We ship globally, with the exception of certain remote areas and select Asian regions. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

4. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 15 days of your receipt of the order.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in original packaging
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless due to our error or a defective product
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method

Non-Returnable Items:

• Sleeveless Knits (due to intimate nature of the product)
• Occasionwear marked as final sale
• Signature Edits limited edition pieces
• Items from The Holiday Shop and Wedding Guest Looks purchased during special promotions
• Any item without its original tags or showing signs of wear

Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges: For exchanges, we will ship your requested item once we receive and process your return. Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly.
