Return & Exchange Timeframe
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 15 days of your receipt of the order. All returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain the quality and integrity of our collections, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sleeveless Knits (due to intimate nature of the product)
- Occasionwear marked as final sale
- Signature Edits limited edition pieces
- Items from The Holiday Shop and Wedding Guest Looks purchased during special promotions
- Any item without its original tags or showing signs of wear
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Submit Your Request
Please email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information using the template below. We will respond within 24-48 hours with your return authorization and shipping instructions.

Step 2: Package Your Items
Once you receive return authorization, carefully package your items in their original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Ship your return using a trackable shipping method to the address provided in your return authorization. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Note: We recommend keeping your tracking number until your return is processed. Cefinn is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refund Processing
Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal: 3-5 business days to appear in your PayPal account
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or defective items shipped by Cefinn.
Exchanges
For exchanges, we will ship your requested item once we receive and process your return. If the exchanged item is of higher value, you will be charged the difference. If it is of lower value, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.
International Returns
For our global customers (excluding certain remote areas and select Asian regions), international return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Customs duties and taxes for returned items are non-refundable.
